Open documents without leaving expiry behind.
Cinderdoc Viewer opens a .cdoc document only after it can reach keyvault for
its document key. This tester build is for people helping us validate that experience.
macOS tester build
Checking whether a tester build is published…
Download Cinderdoc Viewer (.dmg)
SHA-256
Download the SHA-256 checksum file and compare it before opening the disk image.
Installing an unsigned tester build
- Compare the downloaded file's SHA-256 with the value shown above.
- Move Cinderdoc Viewer to Applications. On first launch, Control-click (or right-click) the app, choose Open, then review and choose Open in the macOS confirmation.
macOS warns because this tester build is not yet notarized by Apple. That is useful information about the build's current distribution status, not a warning to dismiss. Apple-signed and notarized builds are planned; until then, install only after you have deliberately checked the published checksum and chosen to test it.
The enforceable guarantee is expiry-by-key-destruction. Screenshot/copy protection is layered, platform-graded deterrence. Nothing here stops an external camera, a rooted/admin-controlled OS, hardware capture, or human transcription. No stronger claim may ship.
